Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed, you may contact our customer support to make changes or cancel it. However, once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within Peninsular Malaysia typically take 2-5 working days, while deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak may take 5-7 working days.
Do your lighting products come with a warranty?
